Nazrul Islam (CEO)
An accomplished chef with a wide range of experience in the culinary arts,
Chef Nazrul Islam is a seasoned culinary specialist. He finished his secondary education in
1986 and his upper secondary education in 1992, marking the beginning of his career in the
culinary arts. In 1994, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, advancing his academic
career.
Motivated by his love of cooking, Chef Nazrul took a number of culinary classes to improve
his abilities. In addition to Level 3 training in F&B production, he finished Level 1 and
Level 2 chef courses. His credentials as a trainer and assessor approved by the Bangladesh
Technical Education Board (BTEB) and the National Skill Development Authority (NSDA) were
also obtained.
Hygiene and food safety were Chef Nazrul's top priorities.
